An inn where guests can enjoy seasonal scenery, fishing, and great food

Nakatsugawa, a little away from central Iide-machi, is a district surrounded by nature and blessed with an abundant bounty from the mountains. Aeru-Mura, run by Kayoko Miya, a former chef at Shirakawaso, and Hideo Miya, who runs a yamame trout fish farm and fishing pond, hosts junior high school students on school trips as well as anglers and other recreational travelers. At Aeru-Mura, visitors can enjoy nature to the fullest, with budding flowers in the spring, pampas grass in the fall, and blooming dahlias that Kayoko-san carefully cultivates.

Accompanied by rice
Meals include a variety of dishes prepared by Nakatsugawa Farmer’s Guest House Association members. All dishes are local favorites that go well with steamed rice.
These delicacies are also available at the Shirakawa Onsen Iide Shirakawaso store, Roadside Station Iide, Mezami no Sato Local Products Center, and Nishi-Okitama Furusato Forestry Federation forest products market (from April to November).
Nakatsugawa Observatory
Enjoy a panoramic view of Nakatsugawa from the Nakatsugawa Observatory Deck.
Harvesting experience of traditional vegetables
Guests can also experience harvesting Utsuzawa kabocha, a traditional squash grown in the Utsuzawa Village in the Nakatsugawa District of Iide-machi.
We love to hear guests say, “We’ll come again!”
