Kura Inn - music, soba, and a peaceful retreat for your soul

Kura-No-Haku Minna no Ibasho opened in November 2024.
Our inn features a traditional Japanese house with earthen walls and a shared space in a renovated kura storehouse.
Guests can relax in the gentle breeze while making soba noodles and enjoying music, all within the serene rural setting.
We have a space for playing musical instruments and singing karaoke, as well as opportunities for agricultural experiences.
Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and indulge in a leisurely, peaceful stay with us.

Kura-No-Haku Minna no Ibasho

The renovated historic kura storehouse features accommodations and a shared space where guests can enjoy playing musical instruments and singing karaoke. The natural surroundings allow guests to enjoy music without worrying about disturbing others, making our inn particularly appealing.

Guests can participate in agricultural experiences, savor local cuisine, and enjoy music in a natural setting where time seems to stand still.
For dinner, you can also try making soba noodles using homemade soba flour.
Mogami River
The nearby Mogami River presents breathtaking scenery that changes with the seasons.
Soba noodle making experience
You can also experience the unique process of making soba noodles with homemade “snow-aged soba flour.”
Full-scale musical instruments are also available for rental.
The renovated kura has been transformed into a shared space and guest rooms.
You can even borrow authentic instruments, such as drums and guitars.
“Ibasho” means “a good place” for everyone, both guests and locals.
Takako Yahagi
Kura-No-Haku Minna no Ibasho (Everyone’s Good Place) Takako Yahagi

I run Marusan Farm in Murayama City.
With the goal of showcasing the beauty of the Tominami region, which faces depopulation, I began operating this accommodation facility.
I named the inn “Minna no Ibasho” (Everyone’s Good Place) in the hopes that guests will feel comfortable and at home.
We strive to be a hub for sharing the region’s charm, beloved by both visitors and locals alike.
